As a timeshare owner you'll have your very own villa, cottage, high rise or suite. You will own a piece of a breathtaking vacation resort and enjoy full privileges
of all amenities for a minimum of one week a year. Accessibility to such fabulous vacation units also means you can invite friends and/or family members to enjoy the fun at no extra
cost for occupancy. With so many possibilities and options available vacation ownership will change forever how you vacation in the future.
VALUE - OWN IT OR RENT IT
Owning a timeshare has many advantages over renting hotels and other conveniences each year. Vacation ownership involves Real Estate or real property located at meticulously maintained resorts worth millions of dollars. The average person cannot afford to build or buy a multi-million dollar resort but when several persons pool their monies and use the facilities as a whole, it becomes very affordable. Most timeshare is owned by deed - this means it can be passed on to your heirs just like your home or business properties. It can be rented out to others or exchanged for a fabulous vacation in another part of the world. Unlike other products timeshare is the only commodity that when purchased it never goes out of style, you can't use it up, you can't wear it out and is worth more every year because its Real Estate. Vacation rental receipts go in the trash - a deed of ownership goes in your safety deposit box. Timeshare is to enjoy, rent, gift to heirs, loan to others or sell - you own it!
YOU ARE IN CONTROL
By owning a timeshare you can choose the time, place, length of stay and type of vacation that you desire. One vacation week could be spent at a Hawaiian Beach house- the next year could be at a ski lodge in the Swiss Alps. By exchanging your week with others through one of the major exchange groups, the whole world becomes your vacation playground. You are in full control of your vacation destinations - winter in Florida this year and summer in Canada the next - its always your choice. See the sights in Europe or Africa or dive the Great Barrier Reef in Australia or spend a week at a resort close to home - there are more than 3000 timeshare resorts in over 100 countries to choose from and hundreds of resorts within a days drive of your city or town. Cost savings is another reason why ownership at a timeshare resort is so popular among people who really value their annual vacation time. Because of sky rocketing construction costs, room rates at hotel go up every year. Timeshare owners enjoy their vacation time at fabulous resorts every year of their life because of the onetime purchase price and the annual payment of an affordable maintenance fee.
LUXURY - LIKE A MILLIONAIRE
As a timeshare owner you can plan to take advantage of Championship Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, Fishing, Theme Parks and more. Many resorts offer onsite fitness facilities, day spas and game rooms. You'll enjoy great shopping, fine restaurants and exciting nightlife on the premises or nearby. Most timeshare resorts cater to almost all your needs and display amenities like indoor heated swimming pools, hot tubs in your condominium, and massage therapy. Lets take a look at your lifestyle - Active Couple? - Young with new Family? - Teenagers living at Home? - Retired Senior? - Think carefully about the things you value most in your vacation style and travel experiences when choosing a home resort - keep in mind when you own a timeshare you can exchange it and travel to whatever destination you choose and in whatever season you enjoy vacationing.
HOME RESORT CHOICE
Looking for a timeshare resort is sort of like shopping for a new home. Always be sure of the specifics and the main one is - Location, Location, Location! Unlike a home you should always consider your vacation timeshare purchase strictly as an investment in your health, happiness and life's enjoyment rather than in terms of future financial profit. Choose a style of resort that will provide you with many years of great vacations and that will evolve with your current and planned future lifestyle. If you are an avid golfer you certainly would not be satisfied with a mountain ski resort in Colorado. If you love the beach and ocean you wouldn't want to own at a resort in Las Vegas. If you live in Tennessee and hate to fly don't purchase timeshare at a resort in Hawaii. You can always exchange and spend a week at one of these other great resorts if you get the urge.
EXCHANGE POTENTIAL
Buy what you can afford but purchase the most vacation you can for the money you spend. Always purchase the largest unit in the most popular season at the resort you would use yourself - thus giving you the best exchange value. Example #1: If you buy a one bedroom, inside unit with no ocean view during week number two (2) at a resort in Virginia Beach, it will have no trading power. Why? Because week number two (2) is in January and its snowing in Virginia Beach in January - no one (including yourself) would ever want to go there. Example #2: If you purchase week number twenty-eight (28) in a two (2) bedroom unit at a snow ski resort next to the main slopes it will have little or no trading power. Why? Week twenty-eight (28) is in the middle of summer and its 95 degrees outside - at a ski resort? Example #3: You purchase week number nineteen (19) in a two (2) bedroom stand alone condominium on the 2nd tee at a well known Golf Resort within a days drive of a couple of major cities - now you've got a really great week to trade - its springtime. Do not buy a week of timeshare just because it's the cheapest. If you are a snow skier - buy a winter week in Vermont or Colorado. If you like the beach buy a wintertime week in South Florida or in Hawaii. If you like to hike in the backwoods buy a fall week in the North Carolina mountains - got the picture? Purchase your timeshare at the resort you like but make sure it's a week that an exchanger would enjoy using as well. If you wouldn't enjoy it neither would anyone else. |
